"The estimate to replace these at the dealership was in the hundreds of dollars. This was fairly simple and saved a ton of money. Now the liftgate door won't hit me in the head anymore!"
"These lift struts are the right size and seem to be working well, but they did not come with the easy on clip attachments. I had to unscrew the OEM ball mounts and screw in the mounts for these struts. Not a big problem, but a job that should have taken five minutes ended up lasting almost a half hour. I was not told these struts would not fit the OEM ball mounts. These struts were about half price of the OEM Strong Arm struts, available at Advance auto parts store, so I guess I got what I paid for."
