Great Gauge Display
January 1, 2009
By Richie836
from Punta Gorda, Florida
Pros: Many different colors and you can even turn the display color off (turn a color on at night) Many, many different gauges
Cons: Blinks as it turns off if the brightest color setting (any color) is not chosen
"Too bad only four different gauges are displayed at the same time with over 65 possibilities (including the XGauges). So many possible gauges to view for such a small price. Good size display. Quick and easy to install and use.
Read Installation and Operation manual fully before use. Keep it out of direct sunlight."

Scan Gauge
November 20, 2008
By Cliff48
from Traverse City, Mich.
Pros: Compat size, and ease of use
"I purchased the scan gauge to improve fuel economy in both of my cars. Handy and easy to use and understand. I feel the use of this gauge will help me to maximize fuel economy and check for malfuctions in my cars. Plan on using it for the next truck or car purchase."

Excellent Purchase
November 4, 2008
By EJim
from Los Angeles
Pros: Easy to read while driving and easy to set up
Cons: Toyota Yaris OBD port is not in the best place, I keep kicking the cable
"If you want to maximize your mileage by adaptive means this is the best value on the market. My EPA highway mileage rating was 36, but I routinely get 42. Learn how to drive people! Best mileage in my 5 speed 08 Yaris was 48MPG from Stockton to Los Angeles."

Pros: EASY Install, Great features. Like the backlighting a lot.
Cons: Would like a computer connection to download data to PC for graphing
"Scanguage II installed in 35-40 seconds, started the car, it comes on and you set the gauges you want displayed. We used the XGuage function to create gauges for Current Trip MPG, Tanks MPG and Today's MPG. We display these along with the standard MPG gauge for a four-sided look at driving habits and results in near-real-time. Amazing what taking your foot off the gas, or putting in the clutch, or NOT running with cruise-control does for mileage... Get one of these! And, with free shipping, the best price around at JCW!"
