"Put them on my 1994 Ranger Supercab when I bought it new. A total of 12 years of ruff work truck life. They never came loose. Even when the truck was totaled, (drivers door to rear bumper). Ordering them now for my '03 Ranger FX4/Level II"

Cons: The glue could be better. The bulkhead piece was too narrow
"Bought this for a 1986 Chevy k10 short bed. There aren't any custom options available for this truck other than a sprayed on liner. Originally bought the long bed kit figuring the extra cost was cheap insurance for a possible "ooops". Didn't need it....installation was easy. Had about 3 ft of material left over. Found that the narrow piece they included for the bulkhead (behind the window) wasn't wide enough to give adequate protection (my opinion). Used the material they provided for the tailgate instead. Worked great but I ended up buying an additional piece for the tailgate. The glue doesn't hold real well at the ends of the material...ok where there is a large contact surface but lifts a little if you try to position it over a curve (e.g at the end of the rail near the tailgate). A little clear silicon worked really well to fix it. Really liked the product. Easy to install by a single person. Looks like it will last a long time. Really spiffed up my truck. I definitely recommend buying the extra tailgate piece for the front bulkhead. Might want to do this on a warm day as well......a little easier to smooth out the few tiny bumps you may encounter."

"We purchase the Pacer Bed Rail Protectors for our trucks before installing a cap. Our first purchase was in l998 and the protectors are still in perfect shape. We highly recommend this product."
